Just as the life threatening Coronavirus is constantly on the get spread around, and government’s Stay-At-Home order, there are several people who could possibly be seriously affected in a number of ways, single ladies included.
As indicated by Nollywood actress, Uche Elendu it hasn’t been very easy coping as a single mother of two, even at this period where people were required to stay in the house.
She said, “It is not very easy not being married and not having a man. But I have kids, who keep me company the whole of my time. I interact with them, take care of them and teach them. As an entrepreneur, I am also about my business; making research and relating with my client.”
”Personally, I feel the need to be in the company of a man in rare occasions. I don’t really feel bad because I am single, I know I would be in the right relationship when the time comes,” she told Sunnews.
The gorgeous Abia State born movie star at the same time expressed her concerns when she found out that one of her colleagues that went to the just concluded African Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCA 7) tested positive for Coronavirus also known as Covid-19.”I was scared stiff when I heard about it.
There was so many people at that function, therefore it is expected there is definitely exchange of pleasantries; hugging, handshaking, pecking and all. I am seriously hoping that the person who tested positive didn’t spread the virus to other people. If not, it would be a very tragic situation.
Hopefully at the time he was at the AMVCA, the virus wasn’t sufficiently strong to be passed on, because so many people had mingled with family and friends, friends and more. Following the award night, everybody went about their respective businesses. It is definitely an unfortunate situation, however I am very optimistic.”
