Nollywood actor and politician, Desmond Elliot took to his Instagram page to celebrates his second twins, Donald and Dawn on their 9th birthday.
Desmond and VIctoria Elliot had their first twins shortly after they were married. They are boys named Denzel Elliot and Desmond Elliot Jr.
The second set of twins were born in 2010, a boy and a girl named Donald Elliot and Dawn Elliot.
