The 32-year-old commanded attention, rocked a cobalt blue leather dress and paired it with chunky platform boots and a black handbag.
The ‘Bad Romance’ singer who left the popular cocktail bar arm in arm with her fiance, celebrity agent Carino was pictured whipping her hair for Paparazzi.
