Queen of Pop, Madonna and her six children are currently in Malawi, to celebrate the first anniversary of the Mercy James Centre for Pediatric Surgery and Intensive Care, named after one of her adopted daughters.

The 59-year-old on Monday took to Instagram to share photo of her proudly standing with her four adopted Malawian children and her two biological kids.

Madonna adopted David and Mercy, both 12, and five-year-old twin sisters Esther and Stella from Malawi. Her own biological children are 21-year-old daughter Lourdes Leon and 17-year-old son Rocco Ritchie.
