Man kills his mother in Nnewi because a prophet told him she’s the cause of his problems

It was a sad day for residents of Okpuneze community in Nnewi, Anambra state, yesterday, as they were thrown into shock when a man from the same community who allegedly killed his mother because a prophet told him she’s the cause of his problems.

As gathered, the man, who is married with a child, slashed his mother’s neck with a cutlass and left her bleeding, then escaped with his family. The incident reportedly happened yesterday evening.
