Young mother in tears after loosing her only child at IDP camp, Benue

A young mother lost her only child yesterday at Daudu IDP camp in Benue State.

The woman who could not bear the pain threw herself on the floor wailing, with many mourning with and consoling her.

According to a Catholic priest, Rev. Godwin Tyragher, who shared the sad news on Facebook, the baby died due to lack of proper treatment.

“This my parishioners,one of the IDPs at Daudu camp lost her only son this morning.pls may u kindly continue to pray and support IDPs especially those who are sick among them.Ordinarily if proper medical attention is given to this child, he couldn’t have died”
